Interesting, I hadn’t thought about it, but I’ll say yes. Especially since ‘know’ one was created when his parent’s died, and only a suspicion that’s it nagini. And even if nagini IS a horcrux, we don’t know that it was created at that time. This would also seem to be in line with rowling’s writing style.
